Auto Relief Group....Scam Artists
When I called, they promissed to help, giving me the impression that the auto industry gauged the prices and used the highest interest rates possible to sick to the customer. Amazingly smooth they were. They were very accommdating with the payment options, breaking it down to three installments. The scam case can be titles "Take The Funds and Run". For four months they gave me the run around. After they got their money, I never got an answer on where my claim stood. Four months of calling three to four time each month calling and nobody would talk to me. I left Bruce many messages, no return call. I talked to TaNisha only to be told someone should get back to me. I talked to Emanuel Hunter to get a refund, hahahha. Talked to Jerail Harper about a refund, he was going to sent it to Chris Gibson. Talked to Jerail Harper again because I hadn't heard from Chris. Talked to Barbara she took my request for a refund, but she had to submit it and it takes ten business days. From January 2010 to June 2010. I want my money back, but I know I'll never see a dime.

Scam rip-off lots of talk, no action
Back in the month of April, I fell for the scam that Auto relief group offered. $299.00 was taken from my checking account. The would consult with your lender to make your payments affordable. They typed up some papers and after telling them time after the bank address was not correct for my bank. My bank is located only in Memphis with 9 branches. Certainly they did not listen and sent the papers to the wrong bank and the bank returned the papers to ARG and called me and told me they had all my papers back. After many, many conversations with ARG they would not send my papers back to me or to the bank. Daniel J. Stermer is the receiver at ARG, but no telelphone number. I have contacted him with no response and the web site for him has not been updated lately. What are we supposed to do to det our money back or file a class action lawsuit. Skeeter37073@***.com

Auto Relief Group Won't Refund My $99.00
I made a purchase to use Auto Relief Group in 11/2009 and decided in December after I was informed I had to do alot of the ground work. I decided to cancel that service which I never received any. I sent email correspondence in 1/2010 and have made multiple phone calls only to be promised I would receive my money back. Nothing has happened. My bank isn't able to reverse the charge because it dates back to last year. I'm taking them to small claims court. Way to many attempts have been made to try to resolve the issue.

Auto Relief Group-scammed
Informercial, called Auto Relief Group, was promised they could modify my reducce my monthly car payment and interest rate and owe less that what i currently owe. I receive a package from them in the mail 1 week laer only to find out the 350.00 I spent for them to work with my lender was for nothing, I was to do all of the work for them only to get a lower pay for 16 months longer and owing 5,000.00 more than what I currently owe. If you see them on TV don't waste your money.

Scammed out of $298.00 by Auto Relief Group
Now this company is saying they haven't received my $298.00 money order.out Never received any service from this company. Anyone out there thinking class action lawsuit? This company should be put out of business. There are a lot of complaints. Why don't people get together and stop this company from scamming the public. Anyone can pay for a tv commercial. This doesn't make them legitimate. Seems like they are great at delaying responses so they won't have to refund the money, hoping you will get tired and just go away. People should stop this.

i fell behind, so i made the call. Jim Garner said they could help, and i believed him. he took my credit card info on friday and the bank took my truck on monday. so guess what!
i'm eligible for a full refund!
still waiting for the dust to settle to see what happens. next step: small claims court (see if it helps)
I too unfortunately fel for this scam, i've retired from the military, haad to relocate to another location and thought this would help, they arg got my money and nothing I can do about this, you would think if they advertised on Television that this would not be a scam, but it was and I believe everyone that worked for this company and those above them should have to refund our money plus 50% interest to us that paid them with the beleif that we were going to be helped, then send them to jail with the punishment to be to the full extent of the law.
:( :cry iam very upset i hate that they have my money what can we do somebody help me please :?

I posted my previous comment under "KC"...I am now a registered user of this site as "KCRox" and can receive feedback if you have comments or questions. I have done extensive research on this company and will be happy to offer insight as needed.
Rule #1: Don't be so anxious that you're not cautious & careful!
For starters, I am extremely apprehensive about any company that has back-sounds like a warehouse. Additionally, most legitimate companies have a professional advertising recording while you hold. If you call, and the phone rings multiple times with an immediate pickup and the greeter doesn't speak professionally, chances are...it's a scam. I am compiling a comprehensive report of "rip-off" companies and called today after seeing the ad on television. Needless to say, this "group" will be added to my report. A young lady by the name of "Gail" aswered the phone. The number that I initally dialed was 1.800.783.0434. When I asked Gail for a free quote; she asked who financed my vehicle and then proceeded to ask questions. I then asked advised her that their ad indicated that they did not work with all states and asked if AutoRelief serviced my state. She placed me on hold; and came back with a yes. If this company has been operating for several years as she indicated, then she should not have had to research common information of this nature.
She then gave me her direct number (or at least that's what she said) @ 561.961.7433. I told her that the TV Commercial advertised a "free quote" and that was the reason for my call. I further advised her that schemes of this nature are in progress everyday because people are in such dire straits in terms of their finances. CROOKS are joining forces and establishing small cohorts of call centers and preying on members of the public who are facing economic hardship. The representative (Gail) was extremely inarticulate and it was clear that she was lying. She urged me to visit www.autorelief.com and the message that I continue to receive when trying to access the site is as follows:
Services for this domain have been discontinued.
Before attempting to get financial assistance from any external company, try to talk with your lender about speacial programs for hardship or shifts in your income. In terms of financial matters, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Any person and/or company who advises you that they can help modify your financial obligations or extend any sort of loan to you without substantial collateral or serious credit review is likely operating a scam. Also, if you cannot visit a company, verify its success record, or locate their reputability on a site like the Better Business Bureau...do NOT authorize that company to draft funds from your bank account. I am sorry for those of you who have already given this "company" your bank information. I research things like this all the time and I can assure you that you will not be getting your money back. As it relates to lawsuits, these groups operate in clusters and it is very difficult (nearly impossible) to sue an entity that's not actually legitimate. In the iterim, those of you who have already given this and any other "suspect" company your bank information, please contact your financial institution today and request to have your information changed. It may be slightly inconvenient, but it will prevent further unauthorized action. Because you have already given these companies your information, you have technically "authorized" the drafts and it will be very hard to dispute the information. I hope this helps!

So glad I found your comments before contacting them. I was still in the 'considering' phase and thought I'd look for some consumer reviews before doing anything.
